The Best Card Maker #8: Cloudian - Sylgha the Cloud Queen

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in defense position, destroy it. You can Special Summon this card(from your hand) by banishing 1 "Cloudian" monster on your side of the Field or Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, put 1 Fog Counter on it for each face-up "Cloudian" monster on the field. You can remove 4 Fog Counters on the field to draw 1 card.

P.S.: O texto escrito está levemente diferente do texto da carta porque eu tinha feito a carta faz um tempo(antes da atualização das nomeclaturas). Aí troquei "remove from play" pra "banish" e especifiquei o "From this hand".
